Call for Submissions: Robert K. Martin Prize for Best Monograph (2017) — deadline extended to APRIL 16, 2018

The Canadian Association for American Studies announces the opening of this year’s competition for the annual Robert K. Martin Prize for the best monograph written by a current member of CAAS. This year’s prize will be for books published with a copyright date of 2017. The postmark deadline for submission is 16 April, 2018.

The award will be announced at the CAAS general membership meeting, to be held during the 2018 Conference, “Alternative/Mainstream,” at St. Mary’s University in Calgary, Alberta (October 12-14, 2018). The recipient will also be congratulated in a future issue of the Canadian Review of American Studies, and their book cited on the CAAS webpage (for a list of recent winners of our prizes, visit:
